Your clients are asking about AI. We're the team behind your answer.
Modus Ops partners with performance marketing agencies as the AI engineering layer behind their client work - white-label or referral, with the client relationship staying entirely yours.
The capability gap every agency is feeling.
Your clients increasingly expect AI capability as part of the engagement - automated asset production, campaign generation at scale, reporting that doesn't consume analyst hours. Building that capability in-house means hiring engineers, maintaining infrastructure, and carrying delivery risk far outside your core business.
Most agencies end up in one of two places: building it awkwardly with tools that don't hold up in production, or turning the work away and hoping the client doesn't go looking for an agency that can. Both cost you.
Two models, one principle.
White-label
We build the AI workflow. You deliver it to your client under your own brand. Your client never needs to know we exist - the relationship, the invoice, and the credit stay entirely yours. We work as your invisible engineering bench: scoped builds, documented handover, and ongoing support routed through you.
Referral
When a client asks for AI capability that's outside your scope, you introduce us directly. We handle the engagement, keep you informed, and close the loop back to you - including on work that flows the other way. No client of yours becomes a target of ours; agency-referred relationships are ring-fenced.
The client relationship stays yours. That isn't a slogan - it's the structural basis of every arrangement we enter. We don't sell to, poach, or independently approach any client an agency brings us.
The work behind the partnership.
The same three engagement types we run directly, available under your brand or by referral:
Audit
Workflow mapping and a scored automation roadmap for your client's marketing operations. A strong first deliverable to open an AI conversation with an existing account.
Pilot Build
One production AI workflow, end to end: campaign asset generation, reporting automation, landing page localization. Documented, tested, owned by the client.
Managed AI Ops
Ongoing iteration, maintenance, and expansion. The retainer layer that keeps client workflows running and growing quarter over quarter.
The practical questions, answered up front.
Engagements run either as your subcontract (white-label) or as a direct agreement with your client (referral) - whichever fits your legal setup. NDAs and DPAs are standard from day one.
EU-based infrastructure, self-hosted orchestration available, model providers selected to meet data residency requirements. GDPR isn't an afterthought - it's how we're built, and it holds up to client procurement review.
In white-label arrangements you control all client communication; we provide the materials and stay invisible. In referrals, you choose your level of involvement - from fully hands-off to sitting in on every call.
A deliberately small partner.
Modus Ops is a boutique consultancy, not an agency network. That's intentional: you get senior implementation engineering on every project, not a delivery team you've never met. We specialize narrowly - AI workflows for performance marketing operations - because depth in one lane beats breadth in ten.
Answers before you ask.
What stops you from going direct to our client?
The partnership terms. Agency-introduced clients are contractually ring-fenced - we do not approach, market to, or accept direct engagements from them. Our business depends on agencies trusting us; one poached client would end that. The incentive alignment is real, and we put it in writing.
What does white-label pricing look like?
We price the build to you at a fixed scope; you set the client price. Typical agency margins on our work run healthy - we'll walk through concrete numbers on a call, because they depend on scope and volume.
What if the build breaks after handover?
Every build includes a support window, documentation, and runbooks. Beyond that, ongoing maintenance is available as a retainer - routed through you in white-label arrangements.
Do you work with agencies outside DACH and the Nordics?
Our focus is European agencies, with DACH and the Nordics first. If you're elsewhere in Europe and the fit is right, talk to us.
